Asda Puts Brakes On Cart Theft

Wal-Mart's U.K. subsidiary has invested $3.6 million in a new system designed to reduce cart theft, a report says. Dubbed "Techno-trolleys," the technology uses radio waves to mark boundaries around the store where carts can freely roam; the carts automatically stop when taken beyond the invisible boundary.
