Report: British Airways staffers start return to work

British Airways announced today some of its ground services employees were headed back to work, indicating a possible end to a walkout started yesterday by workers of Gate Gourmet, the company that provides catering for the airline. The unofficial strike escalated to include the airline's baggage handlers and check-in personnel. More than 100 British Airways flights in and out of London's Heathrow Airport were canceled during the walkout, affecting about 70,000 passengers.
