Clean tech rakes in the capital

Is the clean-tech sector in the midst of a bubble? The amount of venture capital invested in the sector nearly doubled in a year, reminding some analysts of the heady days of the dotcom boom. But clean-tech companies aren't like the dotcoms, says one believer, because they rely on more established technology and time-tested business models.
