Massachusetts leaders agree to find funding to avoid toll, fare hikes

Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick has unveiled a plan to pull together resources from the state's transportation agencies in order to avoid higher tolls and fares on buses, subways and trains. Patrick and other state leaders agreed this week to try to find sources to fund the struggling Turnpike Authority and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.
