NASA reviews Orion, Ares I progress for funding issues

A review of the progress for the Orion and Ares I vehicles will help NASA officials learn how much pending agency funding will cover the gap in U.S. space flight after the space shuttle retires. NASA now targets 2015 for sending a crew to the international space station in the Orion vehicle, but it may launch the vehicle as early as 2013.
