FAA reauthorization on congressional agenda following recess

Reauthorization of the FAA will be on the agenda when Congress returns from its summer vacation, but the issue will vie for attention amid many other big issues, such as health care and economic stimulus efforts. The current FAA extension expires Sept. 30, by which time either an agreement on a bill or another extension will need to be passed.
