Mediterranean diet, exercise may protect against Alzheimer's

People who followed a Mediterranean diet and exercised regularly reduced their risk of developing Alzheimer's disease by 60%, a study of 1,880 older New York adults found. A second study found adherence to a Mediterranean diet was linked to slower decline on one cognitive test but not others.
