Moms aware of need for vaccines in young adult years

A Harris Interactive survey found 80% of mothers are aware that preteens and teenagers need vaccines beyond those received in childhood, but the CDC estimates that most young adults don't get the needed vaccinations. "Taking your kids -- including pre-teens and teens -- for an annual check-up should be as routine as buying them school supplies," one pediatrician said.
