Report: Cable nets are "diamonds in the rough" this upfront

In what this article describes as a disappointing season for upfront sales, cable networks are emerging as "diamonds in the rough." Top-tier channels such as USA, TNT and TBS are getting by with price reductions of 2% to 6%, while others -- including Discovery, Scripps and Lifetime -- are discounting prices only 6% to 8%.
