At the former World Trade Center site, a 70-ton steel column has been set into place -- the largest so far at the building -- and three more will go up today. An additional 24 will be added to the Freedom Tower by the fall. Each column is about 60 feet long and will become part of the frame of the 1,776-foot-tall skyscraper. The building is expected to be complete in 2013.
