Whole Foods aims to improve school lunches

Whole Foods has teamed with chef Ann Cooper on a program to improve meals sold in school cafeterias. The "School Lunch Revolution" campaign includes a Web site that foodservice directors can use to overhaul cafeteria menus, as well as resources for procuring natural foods and community activism tools for people or groups seeking change in their school systems.
