HHS grants innovation award to mobile health technology

A mobile health application targeted at expectant mothers has received the HHSInnovates award, part of the federal agency's Open Government Plan to promote public engagement through innovative technology. The application, called Text4baby, sends out free text messages about pregnancy health on a weekly basis.
