Survey finds Canadians are confused over nutrition labels

A Health Canada study found Canadians are confused about nutrition data on food labels, such as a serving's percentage of required daily nutrients and serving sizes, which often were seen as unrealistic. The report also said some consumers did not like it that some nutrients are measured in milligrams while others are listed in grams.
