Highlands Hospital employees drop 700 pounds in loser contest

Seventeen teams of Highlands Hospital workers in Pittsburgh lost a total 700 pounds in a Biggest Loser contest, and even though it officially has ended, participants continue to weigh in and those who do not regain more than two pounds can qualify for a gift card in November. Pat McKissock in the hospital's diabetes center helped contest participants lose weight by taking them to a grocery store, where they learned to read labels and make healthy choices.
