Cameron: Hydraulic fracturing would make U.K. "more competitive"

The U.K. needs to tap its vast shale natural gas reserves using hydraulic fracturing to help create jobs, reduce energy costs and provide additional revenue for local communities, writes British Prime Minister David Cameron. "If we don't back this technology, we will miss a massive opportunity to help families with their bills and make our country more competitive," Cameron writes.
