Gallup: 43% of Americans consider nutrition data on menus

Data from Gallup's Consumption Habits survey show that 43% of Americans said they pay a "great deal" or "fair amount" of attention to nutrition information on restaurant menus. The survey found 68% said they paid at least a fair amount of attention to food-product nutrition labels, with women more likely than men to pay attention to either type of label.
