Group wants probe into Ryanair safety system

A group of Ryanair pilots seeking union representation say that they want regulators to look into safety reporting. According to a survey from the group, which is not recognized by the airline, 89% did not think the airline had an open safety culture and two-thirds say they are not comfortable using the internal system to report safety issues.
