Imagination feeds crane operator with suspended restaurant

Like a kid with a crane, Stefan Kerkhofs of Belgium has undertaken a number of height-inspired enterprises, the latest being a fancy restaurant for patrons willing to shell out $500 for dinner suspended 180 feet above the ground. To date, Kerkhofs has taken his Dinner in the Sky enterprise to 40 countries. "You can do more with a crane than only things in the construction world," Kerkhofs said.
