Kinetic's device takes less than an hour to harvest skin grafts

Kinetic Concepts has introduced a device, called the CelluTome Epidermal Harvesting System, which is used to collect skin grafts from a patient's own tissue for transplantation to burn or wound areas. The device takes less than an hour to harvest grafts and promotes better patient comfort than similar methods available, the company said.
