Wichita, Kan., plans aviation week next month

The last week of September will feature an aviation expo sponsored by the Kansas Department of Transportation held in Wichita, Kan., followed by the Wichita Flight Festival at Jabara Airport. "For five days, from the 25th to the 29th, there will be some very interesting and informative aero events taking place," said Dave Franson, president of the Wichita Aero Club. "It's going to be a terrific aviation weekend."
