New Jersey Court Upholds Random Drug Tests

Students who participate in Hunterdon Central Regional High School teams and clubs or who park their cars on the school's parking lot can be tested for drugs, an appeals court ruled yesterday. The American Civil Liberties Union has said it plans to appeal the decision, a report says.
