Bids due for Army Corps' Iraq reconstruction projects

Bids are due tomorrow for two U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contracts to rebuild Iraq's infrastructure. Fluor and Parsons are two of the firms that plan to compete for the work, but other construction and engineering firms have complained that the bidding favors Halliburton subsidiary KBR.
