Commercial real estate not getting better, execs say

More than 80 out of 100 senior real estate executives say the commercial real estate market has worsened in the past year and hopes are dimming for improvement in the year ahead. Nearly 90% of respondents in the Real Estate Roundtable survey predicted that commercial real estate prices will drop or stay flat in the next 12 months. The credit squeeze and the weakening economy were cited as the main culprits.
