Qantas grounds six planes for maintenance check

Australian airline Qantas grounded six planes Tuesday to check the maintenance records, according to media reports. The records of the B737-400s will be cross-checked with other files to ensure required maintenance work was performed. Australia's aviation authority has been investigating Qantas since last month, when the airline performed an emergency landing in Manila, Philippines, after an oxygen tank exploded.
