Kentucky regulators have fined at least one company for its role in the collapse of concrete at an arena construction site in Louisville. At this point, M.A. Mortenson is the only company to acknowledge the fines. Its citation included six serious violations and fines totaling $27,000. Regulators issued a total of $63,000 in fines. Mortenson will request a conference with state officials before deciding whether to file an appeal, company officials said.
