Cisco creates interactive hotel keys for Harrah's

Harrah's Entertainment hired Cisco Systems to develop interactive room keys that help guide visitors. When the hotel room key touches digital signs at Caesars Palace, the signs display information on dining, spa and retail offers. "Our properties are massive and it can be hard finding out what we have," said Chris Chang, vice president of innovation and information technology for Harrah's.
