Dorm at Florida college allows certain pets

Officials at Stetson University in DeLand, Fla., have announced the opening of its first pet-friendly dorm, where 31 students and 20 pets are expected to move in this week. Under the university's new policy, students at Nemec Hall will be allowed to keep guinea pigs, rats, mice, fish, hamsters and gerbils, as well as cats and dogs weighing under 30 pounds.
