Who are TV's best paid performers?

"Two and a Half Men" star Charlie Sheen, who receives an estimated $1.25 million an episode, and "House" star Hugh Laurie, who gets an estimated $400,000 an episode, are TV's best paid performers in comedy and drama, respectively, according to TV Guide. Other top earners include Oprah Winfrey, in the late night/talk syndication category, at $315 million a year; "Today" anchor Matt Lauer, for news, at $16 million-plus a year; and "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest, for reality, at $15 million a year.
