Post works to expand value offerings, add more protein

Post Holdings is looking for methods to provide more value products and increase the protein in its ready-to-eat cereals. This year the company launched several high-protein offerings including Grape-Nuts Fits; it also relaunched Original Grape-Nuts with 8 grams of protein. To address the value segment, the company is planning a limited introduction of large-bagged items, including brands such as Honeycomb and Golden Crisp.
