There's no such thing as a bad political tweet, researchers say

Political buzz via Twitter is good for candidates, whether it's positive or negative, according to a study from Indiana University researchers. Candidates with the most tweets typically get the most votes. "People don't want to talk about losers -- they want to talk about winners," IU Bloomington associate professor Fabio Rojas said, adding that Twitter can potentially correct a bias of political polling by gathering a more honest, less intimidated electorate.
