CDC data suggest millions more Americans will develop diabetes

CDC data suggest that about 40% of Americans are expected to develop type 2 diabetes at some point during adulthood. Researchers noted higher estimates for certain minority groups, at 50% for black women and fo Hispanic men and women. The results appear in The Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology.
