More and more retailers are blurring segment lines in order to compete with Wal-Mart Stores' Supercenters and prepare themselves for Tesco's entrance in the U.S. market. Adding more prepared foods, expanding organic sections and adding more unique services such as cafes, pharmacies and banks will help traditional grocery stores compete, analysts say.
