Poll: More people going to work sick

More people are going to work when they're ill, according to a poll by NPR, the Kaiser Family Foundation and the Harvard School of Public Health. Some employees do it because their companies have no sick-day policy. Others feel pressured to be physically present in the office. You don't want sick people in the office, but mandating paid sick days could prove more of a burden than it's worth for some companies.
