Study: Physical weakness in elderly may indicate Alzheimer's

A loss of strength, energy and agility may be an early indicator of Alzheimer's in the elderly, according to a new study that suggests motor impairment can appear before mental decline. Researchers also said frailty and Alzheimer's may stem from a common origin, rather than being directly linked.
