Fla. students, teachers return to changing schools

Many changes are under way in Florida schools as students head back to classes this year. Reduced state funding for schools and new evaluation and merit-pay systems for teachers are in place, while limits on class sizes will be rolled back, particularly in high-school foreign-language and Advanced Placement courses. Other changes include more online learning and computer-based testing, and an expanded voucher program for students with special needs.
