Lyfe Kitchen shares more details on its healthy offerings

Lyfe Kitchen plans to open its first unit in Palo Alto, Calif., next month, featuring a menu of 600-calorie-or-less dishes made without butter, cream, high-fructose corn syrup, processed ingredients or additives. The founders, two former McDonald's executives, are banking on consumers' quest for healthier fare with a menu made up largely of local ingredients and a plant-based alternative for almost every meat dish.
