New Jersey chefs show off their skills to support sustainable farming

Greater Princeton area chefs joined together to cook a five-course, $150-per head meal to support Sustainable Jersey, a program that seeks to help municipalities adopt environmentally-friendly policies in conjunction with local farms. The meal's fruits and vegetables all came from Terhune Orchards, a local farm that uses sustainable practices.
