10 states with the toughest job markets

The states where it is most difficult to find a full-time job include Nevada, California, Oregon and Michigan, data show. While Nevada, for example, has managed to create jobs in leisure and hospitality, the state still has 100,000 fewer jobs compared to levels before the recession hit. Critics say the jobs being created are low-wage positions.
