Barbecue guru hits new heights with Delta

Danny Meyer, the restaurateur who opened Shake Shack and Blue Smoke in New York and other locations, has signed a deal with Delta Airlines to upgrade the quality of the airline's food. Meyer expects his high-flying creations to first hit airline trays in early 2014 on flights between JFK and London-Heathrow.
