Breakfast participation in Mo. school spikes with grab-and-go option

Besides offering breakfast in the cafeteria, a Missouri district will -- for the second year -- offer grab-and-go options for elementary-school students. This year, the goal is to expand the program to all of the district's elementary schools by October. Officials say they launched the program after noticing low participation in the school breakfast program among elementary-school students. One school has seen a 105% increase in participation with grab-and-go options.
