Mass. legislator proposes to prohibit sale of e-cigarettes to minors

With the aim of updating tobacco laws in Massachusetts, state Rep. Jeffrey Sanchez proposed a bill that would ban the sale of any tobacco or nicotine delivery product, particularly electronic cigarettes, to children and teens. The legislation would apply current statewide public and workplace smoking restrictions to the use of electronic cigarettes.
