Noodles & Co. aims to grab more of the dinner business

Fast-casual chains that have conquered the lunch hour are working to find ways to boost dinner sales, including Noodles & Company. The Broomfield, Colo.-based chain, which went public earlier this year, says its $8 per-person average check combined with a varied menu of noodle and pasta dishes served on real china positions the chain as an appealing option for dinner.
