Publicis buys Engauge Marketing ahead of Omnicom merger

Publicis Groupe is not standing idly by while it waits to merge with Omnicom Group, as the holding company on Wednesday announced the purchase of digital agency Engauge Marketing for an undisclosed sum. The company focuses on efforts such as behavioral targeting and data analysis and will be put under Publicis' Moxie group while retaining its name. Engauge clients include Cisco Systems and Coca-Cola.
