Survey shows more companies are boosting wellness initiatives

A survey of companies from 20 different industries found 36% are increasing wellness and value-based health care initiatives, according to the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Research director Julie Stich said employers are looking at the costs of implementing the Affordable Care Act regulations and are finding ways to reduce those costs.
