Agent pleads guilty to scam involving tickets to "Oprah"

Terrance M. Hawkins, the operator of a travel business, pleaded guilty to bilking money from about 60 people in a scheme that included tickets and charter bus trips to Chicago to see the "Oprah Winfrey Show." Hawkins was facing seven years in prison, but most of the time was suspended after he agreed to pay full restitution.
