Study: Skin enzyme testing could be key to Alzheimer's diagnosis

The testing of certain enzymes in the skin of Alzheimer's patients could quickly and easily identify Alzheimer's disease, according to a new study. Researchers said the test would be the first to accurately diagnose the disease, which currently only can be confirmed with complex psychiatric assessments and examination of the brain after death.
