Report: Cleveland schools struggle to address mental health

Cleveland students' mental-health needs are outpacing the district's ability to counsel and educate them, according to a new report. School leaders welcomed the report: "I'm very pleased to see a lot of this stuff out in the open," said school board member Louise Dempsey. "Let's not kid ourselves, we've got to be honest if we're going to solve the problem."
