Chipotle copes with high turnover after Minnesota immigration audits

An immigration audit in Minnesota that caused Chipotle to fire 450 workers who lacked proper documentation has sent a ripple effect through the company; employee turnover has been high since and it was 20% above normal in July, the company said. In Minnesota, some customers report having to wait longer for their food as a slew of new workers learn on the job.
