Pent-up demand will fuel business-jet industry, experts say

The fragile economic recovery and the uncertainty that has rocked the stock market likely will be seen as a short blip in sales for business-jet manufacturers, says Brian Foley, an aviation consultant at Brian Foley Associates. However, it could result in stronger demand. "That means when the true recovery does take hold, it will have much more momentum," Foley said. "There's just so much pent-up demand out there from aircraft sales to maintenance services that people have been putting off."
