Report: Federal assistance is needed to make digital learning work

Increased federal involvement is needed to make sure digital tools are being used in schools effectively, according to the Alliance for Excellent Education. A report by the organization outlines what the federal government can do to ease the transition to digital learning nationwide, including technology in all federal education programs, bringing back dedicated funding for educational technology, and encouraging states to implement recommendations from the Digital Learning Council.
